My name is Pauline, and I am the heart and soul behind G.E.S., the Good Energy Squad.
I didn't create this movement simply to inspire people. I created it to help them transform their lives.
Every experience I've lived, every challenge I've overcome, and every lesson I've learned became the foundation of the TTP Method®, a transformational coaching framework designed to help people rebuild their lives from the inside out.
Today, my mission is to help others discover that no matter where they are in life, transformation is always possible.
My Greatest Pain Became My Greatest Purpose
I am a living testimony of what happens when you choose to rise above pain, step into your purpose, and become a magnet for light.
My journey has taken me through addiction, homelessness, profound loss, heartbreak, and seasons where giving up felt easier than moving forward.
But every challenge became an invitation to transform.
Instead of allowing my past to define me, I chose to rebuild my life with intention, faith, discipline, and unwavering determination.
Today, I am proud to be an Army Veteran, certified Life Coach, entrepreneur, speaker, and founder of the Good Energy Squad.
More importantly, I am someone who understands what it feels like to start over.
That is why I dedicate my life to helping others do the same.

Speaking at TEDx was more than achieving a dream—it was an opportunity to share my heart with the world.
For years, I carried the weight of my past. Today, I carry the purpose that was born from it.
My journey taught me that healing is possible, that transformation is real, and that our greatest struggles can become our greatest strength.
That is the message I shared on the TEDx stage, and it is the same message I bring to every person I have the privilege of coaching through the TTP Method®.

The TTP Method® wasn't created in a classroom.
It was born through lived experience.
Every obstacle taught me something about healing.
Every setback revealed the importance of mindset.
Every breakthrough became part of the transformational framework I now share with my clients.
The violet flame is more than a symbol to me.
It represents transmutation, purification, and divine transformation.
It reminds us that no matter how painful our past may be, we always have the power to transform it into something meaningful.
Through the TTP Method®, I help people move through their own process of transformation so they can leave survival behind and begin creating the life they were meant to live.

It is for those who are tired of shrinking themselves to fit into someone else's expectations.
