My name is Pauline, and I am the heart and soul behind G.E.S, the Good Energy Squad. I created this movement not just to inspire but to transform. I am a living testimony of what happens when you decide to rise above pain, step into your purpose, and become a magnet for light.

From overcoming addiction, homelessness, and profound loss to becoming a proud Army Veteran certified life coach, entrepreneur, and voice for healing, I have walked through the fire and chosen to become it. The violet flame is not just a symbol to me. It is the essence of who I am. It represents transmutation, purification, and divine transformation.

Every soul I connect with, I help guide through their own version of this fire so they can rise from the ashes and take their place in the light.

I am not here to be liked; I am here to lead. With fierce authenticity, radical self-love, and unstoppable energy, G.E.S is more than a brand; it is a movement built on the belief that when we accept ourselves, love ourselves, and stop pretending to be anything other than real, everything else aligns.

I created G.E.S for the misfits, the dreamers, the warriors, the ones who have been told they were too much or not enough. This is for the people who are done playing small. For the women and men who are ready to live loud, take space, and be a force for good in the world.

Today, I coach clients from all walks of life through fitness mindset, business, and purpose. I speak life into people because I know what it feels like to want to give up. But I also know the power of a second chance and how far belief can take you.
